10th Anniversary of ROHTO-Mentholatum Cambodia

ROHTO-Mentholatum Cambodia celebrates the 10th anniversary of doing business in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The program took place on June 9, 2023 at the Premier Sen Sok Center. The event was presided over by H.E Mr.Chea Vuthy, Deputy Secretary General of Cambodian Special Economic Zones Board. Chairman of Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone Administration, and was also attended by H.E.Dr Or Vandine, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health. H.E Mr.Atsushi UENO, Ambassador of Japan in Cambodia and Mr. Masaya Saito, Executive Vice President of ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. And CEO of Mentholatum company, as well as staff, customers and business partners of ROHTO-Mentholatum Cambodia.

Mr. Masaya Saito expressed his pleasure and deep gratitude to the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Royal Government of Japan for their support to the ROHTO-Mentholatum Cambodia for the Company's business operation for the past 10 years. He also thanked all customers and business partners, as well as management and staff at all levels, who have always supported the company's production and sales activities.

ROHTO was founded in Osaka, Japan in 1899 and began marketing Mentholatum, a dermal medicine and OTC eye drops, and this year marks the 124th anniversary. ROHTO currently has 46 overseas subsidiaries and sells its products in more than 100 countries around the world.

It should also be noted that in Cambodia, ROHTO-Mentholatum Cambodia started its business in 2013 and in 2014, the company established its own production and packaging factory in the country.
