Rohto Mentholatum (Cambodia) Company Limited. is one of the medicine and cosmetic manufacturing companies. We manufacture and package eye drops and medicated cosmetic products. We are now hiring and are inviting applications for the following position.

Job Description


  • Promote products to end-User 
  • Checking daily stock in shop Prepare daily sale report, stock report 
  • Prepare stock promotion during the promotion period 
  • Build relationships with staff or owner-shop Competitors survey and report to management 
  • Other tasks assigned by MTTL


Applicants Requirement


  • Any Graduated.
  • Have experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
  • Must have Computer skills (Microsoft Offices) and English Skills.
  • Communication, Coordination Skills, and Interpersonal Skills

Work Condition:

Working Hour: Morning 07:30 to 11:30 and Afternoon 12:15 to 16:15

Working Day: Monday to Saturday (Take off every Sunday and national holiday)


  • Day to day management of the sales team/ therapist team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
  • Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team
  • Working with sales executives on approaches to building business
  • Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice
  • Ensure the technical and skill of Therapist and Nurse team, create training to brush up their skill
  • Ensuring the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data
  • Performance managing underperforming members of the sales team
  • Overseeing all operation activity and ensuring it fits with the strategy
  • Sending marketing emails to customers via the CRM
  • Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences
  • Reporting on activities towards targets to the company managers
  • Researching potential target industries and customers
  • Attending meetings with customers alongside sales consultants
  • Making sure the company is Search Engine Optimized to maximize inbound sales opportunities
  • Hold the conference to introduce/ sell services, products to customers
  • In charge recruitment
  • Ensure the Inventory and manage it fix with sale revenue
  • Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Administration or Management, Marketing or related fields
  • Two-year experience in beauty clinic or spa operation management or in sales business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Language proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in sales team environment
  • Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible
